GOSIM began in 2006 when a visionary spiritual father (Pastor Bank Akinmola) invited a group of ministers to gather annually for ministry of the Word and intentional fellowship. What started as a time for the ministry sons to receive teaching and encouragement has grown to include other like‑minded believers who carry the message of Jesus Christ at the center and God’s love as the fuel that gives life to every message. Rooted in the charge of Scripture—“And Jacob called his sons and said, ‘Gather together, that I may tell you what shall befall you in the last days’” (Genesis 49:1, NKJV)—the summit fosters spiritual formation, prophetic insight, and deep community. Over the years GOSIM has brought together families and friends and taken us to gatherings across the United States and beyond, continuing to unite hearts around Christ’s calling and love.
